So far things are pretty quiet. I take Jeremy to school in the morning, I come home and do home stuff (mostly dishes and laundry), and then I pick him up in the early afternoon. We run errands together, we come home, and I cook dinner while Jer does his homework. After dinner we play on our computers and watch some Netflix tv or a movie. Yup, that's pretty much the jist of it. I love it, and am very relaxed, but I know I need a job soon. I had an interview last week, but didn't get the job, but that's ok, there were A LOT of skilled applicants and I know something will show up soon.
Here are some pics of stuff and updates:
I really like the Relief Society of the ward we are in (92nd ward, married students). The first Saturday after we moved in the RS had a potluck social and I went, and it was a lot of fun! I met a lot of the girls. I found out that in this ward you are either moving in/out, pregnant or just had a baby :) but I guess its like that in most newlywed wards in Rexburg and Provo. I mean that in the most loving way possible, hee hee.
This is a picture they took at the social: Breeana, me, Julia, and Sarah. I like this picture because each of the women have been significant to us/me since we moved in
Sarah invited Jeremy and I to have dinner with her and her husband last Sunday and it was a lot of fun! We had taco soup (YUMMY!) and talked a lot about everything; missions, meeting our spouces, where we grew up... I am so happy to have found a friendly couple right away that we get a long with. They are expecting a baby this summer and they are soo cute about it!
Julia is our neighbor, she and her husband help maintain our place that we are renting. They cleaned and painted it before we moved it, and it looks beautiful! We exchange cookies when we bake them (she makes great chocolate chip cookies!) and its just nice to know we have neighbors we can count on.
Jeremy and I got callings at church today!! I got called to be on the Relief Society Activities Committee, and Breeana (first girl in the picture) is the head of the committee! She is lives in our complex too, and is extremely nice and out going. I think its going to be a lot of fun! Jeremy's calling is Home Teaching District Leader. I think its a great calling for him, not too much work, but just enough :)
I make dinner every night, good or bad, and I take pictures of each meal I cook (incredibly dorky I know, but I am very proud of how well we are eating) and I am starting to post them on my food blog. www.eatoutloud.blogspot.com
Here are pictures of us eating the easiest meal yet, grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup.
Mmmm yummers....
I'll try to post more often so you don't get long winded updates from us again.

SOunds like things are going really well for you guys! It's so fun when you get to start fresh and meet new people! Good luck on the job hunt! (And if you come across any kid friendly foods in your search for deliciousness let me know! Or post it on your food blog!)
